It's very common for us to feel things deeply within our bodies. As a Reiki Master, I see people daily who are feeling far from normal, whether it's physical discomfort, emotional imbalance, or simply feeling "off". These sensations are not unusual, but they can be distressing, leaving you frustrated, angry or even resentful towards your own body.

It's natural to have a strong emotional reaction to these feelings. You might find yourself on a journey to discover the root cause, whether it's something that needs attention in your lifestyle, mindset, or even your environment. However, it's crucial to recognize that these emotions themselves have a powerful influence on your physical state. Every emotion, whether positive or negative, takes residence in the body and manifests as the underlying energy or vibration that shapes your physical experience. 

No matter where you are on your healing journey, there are simple yet powerful steps you can take to begin shifting this energy. One effective tool is the power of a positive mindset. Even a few carefully chosen words can help put a pep in your step.

You already possess an incredible tool to help you heal: your mind. The mind is both a creator and a healer. capable of manifesting imbalance or discomfort, but also the opposite. By recognizing the power of your thoughts, you can shift the energy in your body and release emotions that no longer serve you. This mental shift can accelerate your healing, create harmony, and allow you to feel more at peace within your body.

Whether in the morning or at night, place your arms around your waist, close your eyes, smile and say to yourself

I Love You Body

You Are Amazing

You Are A Miracle

You Heal Yourself

You Are Incredible

You Are Healthy

You Are Supported

You Are Loved
To be honest, who doesn't like compliments - including your body!

As you say each phrase, allow the positive energy to reverberate through your aura, through your body and touch every cell. You have created a wonderful, high vibrational, energetic bath for your body and your mind.  

The more you do this, the more you are raising your vibration and remember that your mind is your greatest ally in your journey towards wellness and balance. Use it wisely and watch as your body responds in kind. 

Healing is a journey, and every step forward, no matter how small, brings you close to balance and well-being. Know that the above exercise does not replace any medical treatment, but is even more powerful when used in combination with prescribed care.

Stay gentle with yourself and trust in the wisdom of your body and your mind. You're doing amazing work!
