Epsom Salt Clearing
YOUR DAILY ZEN
Epsom Salt is usually used in the bath, but did you know it can be used in the SHOWER? This is my most favorite clearing technique. I have done this every day for years, as it is so beneficial.
Here's what you'll need:
- A Shower
- Epsom Salt
- Yourself
You can easily get Epsom salt from any pharmacy, supermarket or store. Although I prefer plain Epsom Salt, you are welcome to get scented Epsom Salt if you prefer.
The process is very easy, and is noted below:
The Epsom Salt Clearing Process
Pro-Tip: Do this BEFORE you use your bodywash.
1. Take a handful of Epsom Salt.
2. Sprinkle half of the Epsom Salt on the bottom of the shower and immediately stand on it.
3. Use the remaining half handful of Epsom Salt as a salt scrub on your body.
4. Rinse and use your body wash.
Why is this process so effective?
Some of the largest pores in your body are in your feet and when you stand on the Epsom Salt, your body starts to release any energy it doesn’t need. When you add the Epsom Salt as the body scrub, it starts to clear your aura and you may feel the energy clearing close to your body and even in your aura.
You'll benefit in so many ways:
- Clarity: Your mind will feel clear and open.
- Positivity: Releasing the stagnant energy makes way for positivity.
- Grounded: You'll feel connected, energized and in your body.

Lightness: The amount of energy you have been carrying around is released, and you will feel lighter.

Calmness: Along with clarity and positivity, you will also experience feeling very calm when you finish your shower.

How long does this take?
This will only add about 30 seconds to your shower every time you do it.
I shower more than once a day. Can I do this multiple times?Absolutely - you can do this every time you shower.
I only shower every other day. Is that OK?
Yes - just use this method when you shower.
Do I need to turn my shower off while I do this?
No - you can keep it running while you do this.
I'm traveling - what do I do?
As you're traveling, the water where you are staying is very different than your home water and you won't need to use the Epsom Salt. However, if you move to a different place (apartment, house, city, state, country), after a couple of weeks or so, your body will get used to the water and it will be time to use the Epsom Salt again.
