My Reiki classes are designed to provide a comprehensive and immersive learning experience. Each class is structured to help you understand and practice the art of Reiki, tailored to the specific level you are pursuing. Here’s what you can expect from my Reiki classes:
Reiki Principles
Your first Reiki class class begins with an introduction to the principles and history of Usui Reiki, providing a solid foundation of understanding. You will learn about the origins of Reiki, its philosophy, and how it works to channel universal energy for healing.
Learning and Practicing Reiki Symbols
As you progress through the levels of Reiki training, you will be introduced to the symbols associated with each level. These symbols are essential tools for directing energy and enhancing your Reiki practice. You will learn how to draw, activate, and use these symbols in your healing sessions.
Hands-On Reiki Practice
Practical experience is a crucial component of our Reiki classes. You will have ample opportunities to practice giving and receiving Reiki treatments. This hands-on practice helps you build confidence and proficiency in your ability to channel healing energy.
In-Person Attunements
Attunements are a vital part of Reiki training, as they open and enhance your ability to channel Reiki energy. During each class, you will receive an in-person attunement from the Reiki Master, aligning your energy centers and connecting you to the universal life force energy.
Advanced Techniques at Master Level
For those pursuing the Master level, the training includes learning how to give attunements to others. This advanced training prepares you to teach and initiate new Reiki practitioners, further expanding the reach of Reiki healing.
Comprehensive Manual and Certification
Each class includes a detailed manual that covers all the topics discussed and provides additional resources for your continued learning. Upon completion of the class, you will receive a certificate recognizing your achievement and readiness to practice Reiki at that level.
Community and Support
Joining our Reiki classes means becoming part of a supportive community of like-minded individuals. You will have the opportunity to share experiences, ask questions, and grow together with your peers under the guidance of experienced Reiki Masters.
Levels of Reiki
You will have the opportunity to learn, grow and build upon each level of Reiki. Learn more about the certification levels of Reiki - Usui Reiki 1, Usui Reiki 2, Usui Reiki 3/ART, and Usui Reiki Master.
Further Your Healing Knowledge
